How does the booking process work?
Booking with BIGBOY360 is easy. Simply contact us, choose your desired photobooth (360° or Classic), specify the date and duration, and we’ll guide you through the rest.
What’s the difference between the 360° Photobooth and the Classic Traditional Photobooth?
The 360° Photobooth provides an immersive experience with panoramic photos and digital augmented reality features. The Classic Traditional Photobooth offers retro photostrips.
How much space is required for setting up the photobooth?
Our photobooths are designed to fit most event spaces. Generally, we need an area of about 10×10 feet for a comfortable setup.
How does billing work?
A $50 deposit is required in order to secure your date and price. Full payment is required before the start of the event. Payments can be made in the form of Cash or E-Transfer.
How far in advance should I book a photobooth for my event?
It’s recommended to book your photobooth as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for popular event seasons.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, you can. Please contact our customer support and provide your purchase number.
